# yourmission
• Travel Management bookings for all employees
• Assist in personnel activity reports
• Monitoring of all travel/transportation costs (expense notes)
• Support in travelling related invoices
# yourprofile
• BSc degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant field
• Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
• Strong PC literacy (especially MS Office)
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Soft skills like teamwork, results orientation, critical thinking, adaptability, goals oriented
• Previous back office experience would be considered an asset as well as the knowledge of
the German language will be highly appreciated
